Kingfisher Yellow Card
The Kingfisher Yellow Card is a listing of suspended wellheads and their co-ordinates. Suspended wellheads are structures left on the seabed by operators intending to carry out further operations at a future date.
In this event, a guide base is left on the seabed to facilitate re-entry. The structure resembles an inverted table, approximately 12ft square, with legs some 12-15ft from the seabed although the size and shape of these structures does vary.
The Yellow Card is distributed twice a year in both paper and electronic formats. It can be received through the post, via email or viewed on the Kingfisher website.
